These mini diamond hones, with their 19 x 50mm continuous

diamond sharpening areas, are just the job when you need to

take the stone to the tool rather than vice versa. The three grades,

medium, ﬁ ne and extra ﬁ ne with colour coded handles, cater for

all situations. Blue = 180g, Yellow = 260g, Red = 360g.

stones. Available sizes are 25 x

75mm, or 50 x 150mm. Supplied in

one of each grit 180, 260 and 360,

colour coded for ease of identiﬁ cation. Use them for sharpening

or touching up all manner of small tools, chisels, pocket knives

or router cutters. Use a little water as lubricant and dry after use.

is coated in a different grade of diamond grit. Sharpening is always

easier and more efﬁ cient when done progressively. With this four

sided stone you only need turn the face through 90° to begin the

next stage to achieving a sharp edge. This is perfect for sharpening

tools and many household implements. Easy and fast to use with

200, 300, 400 and 600 grit colour coded faces. No oil required just

use water to lubricate. Includes non-slip base and storage case.

Four Sided Diamond Stone

These 200 x 65mm double sided premium quality diamond

stones give two options, just by ﬂ ipping them over. We tested

these extensively, medium 400g (36 micron) on one side and

ﬁ ne 1,000g (15 micron) on the other. Nickel plating permanently

ﬁ xes the diamond particles onto the 8mm thick steel base. A

chequered pattern carries away metal particles so maintaining

the stone’s cutting efﬁ ciency. The resulting surface is more than

capable of sharpening modern hard steels, ceramic knives as well

as traditional tool steels. A protective non-slip rubber surround

keeps the stone in place when in use. You can use it dry but it

works far better with a splash of water.

These premium quality diamond bench stones have excellent

sharpening performance and will sharpen most sizes of plane

irons, chisels and knives. They feature solid plastic bases with

non-slip feet and a small area of continuous diamond for detail

sharpening of pointed tools. The size is 150 x 62mm (6” x 2.7/16”)

in two grades: medium (400grit) or ﬁ ne (1,000grit).

Premium Diamond Bench Stones

This very useful general purpose diamond sharpening stone has

ﬁ ne abrasive on one side and coarse on the other. Both sides have

small areas of continuous diamond for sharpening small items.

The protective cover can be removed and ﬁ tted to the other end

to form a handle. The size of the abrasive surface is 25 x 100mm.

together on a chain and with a leather fob. Both are small enough

to be kept in the pocket, ready for use at any time. The smaller set

measures 19 x 64mm and the larger 50 x 85mm.

The easiest way to keep your planer knives in good condition without

removing them from the machine. The diamond hone consists of two

diamond slips, 325 and 600 mesh, held at an angle in a wooden handle

for topping and backing the blade. Applying the diamond to the edge of

the blade and moving it along the length with a uniform pressure should

restore the blades to their former glory. Please note, these are for honing

the blades, they will not restore chipped or very dull blades. See online

video. Suitable for HSS or TCT edged blades.

Fast Track is designed to produce ﬂ at, square and consistent bevels

quickly and simply. The system is comprised of four parts: a base,

handle/stone holder, coarse diamond stone (180 grit) and a ﬁ ne

diamond stone (400 grit). The handle/stone holder slides in a dovetail

groove and is moved back and forth across the face of the bevel,

giving guaranteed straight, ﬂ at ground, razor ﬁ ne edges every time.

Two other grades of diamond stone are available as accessories: an

extra coarse diamond stone (90-120 grit) and an extra ﬁ ne ﬁ nishing

diamond stone (600 grit). The Fast Track takes blades from 3mm (1/8”)

to 64mm (2.1/2”) wide and sharpens at 25° or 30° bevels.
